24 hours in the making

Our chicken is marinated for at least 24 hours in our special Peri Peri marinade, which gives it that great taste. Our marinade contains no preservatives, no artificial flavours or colours.

Each chicken is then Flame Grilled to order, brushed on with your choice of flavours. The finished product is crispy skin and these famous grilled mark.
